No it is not easy to get. Just buck up and go to the dealership. Sentra is Mexican and 2002 and up Altima are american made different amount of steering wheel controls make each sprial cable different. Knowing your Vin# will be necessary to get the right part. You will like how easy the switches plug onto the sprial cable you do not even unplug the wires on the switch.
