My hair is REALLY REALLY REALLY dry. I Don't know why though. I straighten my hair everyday but I use heat protection spray and I never blow dry it. And i only wash my hair every other night I use conditioner. Could it be that i shampoo it 3 times when im in the shower? I don't use alot of shampoo so idk.

Several things here. I am assuming you were just visiting and did not handle or rip asbestos from the source. Did you even know the source of asbestos. 1. Just bag the clothes and throw them away in your local trash. If you were just in an area with asbestos, they are not contaminated, but your paranoia is showing, so just get rid of them. Don't try to clean them. 2. You just need a cleaning cloth made for the purpose for the mask. These can be bought where they sell respirators and sometimes at Lowes and Home Depot. If you can't find them, use the cloths used to clean electronic components. Even baby wipes will work. 3. As to safety, unless your mask was professionally fit tested, it did you little good. A bad fit mask is actually worse than no mask at all. Again, your mask is probably not contaminated. But, if you want near 100% safe, you need to clean it and get a new set of asbestos cartridges. Just being in a room with asbestos does not contaminate. You have to get the asbestos airborne by disturbing it. If not disturbed, you can not even measure it in the air. People live and work in areas that contain asbestos because there is almost zero hazard. To do urban exploring, you need to get your mask fit tested on your face. A medical is required if you were a worker.
water is a very important natural resource. so it is our duty to conserve it so u can do the following simple things turn off the taps whenever not in use. use recycled water in gardens and in industries where water is used for cooling purposes prevent water pollution avoid misuse and overuse of water
