thats doesnt happen. when its on vibrate it knows its supposed to be quiet. if you want a quiet phone, there's the alarm only option.
Make sure you drink plenty of water before going to bed to prevent fires incase you move around too much and make more lightning. Yes you can die a horrible death if precautions aren't taken.I would suggest spraying yourself with a fire extinguisher before entering the bed.
That is a hard question to answer. Just because the alarm goes off you don't know what the level of CO is present. If they have fossil fuel heat they should take some action to have it corrected or confirmed that it is ok. As far as leaving that is a judgment call. If the alarm goes off once and doesn't do it again they are probably ok. If it continues to alarm it would not be very smart not to take some immediate action.
