Embedded System control Input through a USB port of a PC..any ideas?

Hello all,can anyone share some good reliable architecture to send a number code from a PC to a Micro-controller through USB and the Micro-controller should activate appropriate pin on anyone of its port, working as a switch controlAnd is it possible for a C++ program to take a number code as argument and send the same to the USB port, which is received by the Micro-controller??my idea is to build a GUI application, which will send a number code to the Micro-controller through USBand what micro-controller is reliable in USB communication?? and is my above idea possible or do you think there are better ones??Please advice and help me out, thank you

Answer:

You have a computer, use it. You can google and get advice on almost anything. when you're around girls, just practice smiling and nodding. With some girls that's all you'll need at first. Most talk so much and are so self centered that you won't get a lot of chance to speak anyway. don't end up with that kind though, if you're shy. Just use them to practice on. That's not a bad thing to do, no one's getting hurt, and it might help you. Good Luck.
What heat and where? If you want to keep people from stealing your radar detector, don't leave it where thieves can see it. Put it in the glove box or under the seat when you park in a public place. OR better yet Don't waste your money buying one in the first place. Modern police speed control does not use radar any more. They have pretty much all switched over to lasers, and your dash-mounted radar detector is useless against that sort of machine. By the time you get an alarm, you might as well pull over because you have been caught. Save your money, drive the speed limits and everyone will be safer.
