Question:

epoxy resin or marine resin?

I am trying to make my own fish tank decorations out of sculpey clay and I didn't know if envirotex lite or clear marine resin could be used as a kind of sealant on the sculpey clay.

Answer:

It looks metal, I don't know what material your furniture is now but unless it is metal you'll have to stick with painting it a high gloss (which wont end up exactly like that). Just go to a store with paint and get a black high gloss paint, sand down what the new paint wont stick to (any imperfections, a gloss finish etc), then paint it (spray or hand should work). I've never tried painting metal before (that one was in the picture was manufactured that way). My suggestion is just go to a paint store, hardware store etc and ask someone for assistance if you are painting metal.
You don't comprehend sue. What have you lost? Nothing. You stay there of your own volition. When you move into a place, it pretty much is what it is. Moving in and telling the landlord now that you are there you want it all changed doesn't work. Your rent is based on what it costs to keep that place going. A lot of repairs and rent is more expensive. You chose the place and you should have looked it over better before you moved in. SorryI'm sure that's not what you wanted to hear. The dog waste can be reported to the city the health department. They will check it out and force them to clean that up. You will not be popular with management after that and your lease will not be renewed. Sometimes it is better to find a way that works within your apartment complex. It wouldn't be hard to have them tell people to clean up the poop. It isn't that difficult. People are supposed to take a little plastic bag with them to grab it all when the poochie is donethey take that back home with them. You might also consider getting a lot of tenants together to ask for the speed bumps and realize that they are expensive to put in so give your landlord lots of time. Be sure your landlord doesn't have a real sense of humor and he puts in the large ones that tear your car up. Speed limit signs can be posted too.and enforced. Ask your landlord if you tenants can do a fundraiser to get whatever you want to help out. Do a bake sale we just did a small one and raised almost $600 but we got a lot of donations with that too. That's a start.
