The detector beeps alot. I have changed the battery. It still beeps and so do the other ones. No smoking in the house. What could this be/
If you have comprehensive insurance, your insurance company should pay you for your vehicle. If you have uninsured motorists coverage, you can make a bodily injury claim under your own coverage. Usually, if a stolen vehicle is not recovered within a few days, it does not get recovered.
If I were the person with the medical condition, I would contact the Department of Justice I would print-screen the remarks so that when the company removes them there is still proof I would file under Disability Discrimination now there has to be more to this story because the company wouldn't just fire a person for other people's comments. did this person let supervisor's know that he was being treated unfairly by other employees? I would also file for unemployment if the company fights it, I would keep appealing on the basis of hostile work environment can you sue hard to say.. depends on your states laws, etc. the truth is in most states an employer can sue an employee for any reason usually the only thing you can do is (1) file for unemployment (2) see if Civil Rights were denied
