Question:

federal reserve silver bars?

So I see these silver and I think I saw gold and copper bars that look like U.S. federal reserve notes or close enough. Does anyone know where these are made and if the manufacture still makes them. I prefer to buy from manufacture instead of eBay.

Answer:

There is no such thing as a Federal Reserve silver bar (or at least it is not connected to the Federal Reserve). The Federal Reserve doesn't own any silver and if they did they wouldn't be selling it to the general public. This is just some rip-off for unknowledgable silver buyers.
I prefer to buy from manufacture instead of eBay. I doubt the manufacturer sells to the general public. Doesn't work that way.
That information is in the owners manual.
