So I'm making a helmet for a costume and i used fiberglass resin and fiberglass cloth to harden it. Two days after i applied it i noticed there were still some wet spots and it really smelled. so i went to home depot and bought some hardener and put a few drops on the wet spots. The next day (today) the spots are still wet and tacky and the helmet still smells. Is there anyway to fix this because if not then i will have to scrape the whole helmet because i know resin fumes are bad to breath so i wouldn't be able to wear it on my head.
Wet a piece of foam rubber and squeeze it out, then wipe the hair up.As it comes up it will roll into a thin rope.If you can't lay hands on a piece of foam rubber,a sponge like in a mop head will do almost as good.
umm you can use just normal double sided tape if you have that if the piece of clothing has more than one layer you can safety pin it to your bra. Im sure you could make duck tape work or electrical tape but if you put it on your actual skin it will probably really hurt to get off!
