Question:

Fire alarm keeps chirping?

So it kept chirping not only did it hurt my ears but my puppy too and he wont sleep in my room with it. SOO what i did was disconnected it from my roof, i took the battery out and i went to put it back it and it started to beep so loud so i took if off again and im scared to have it on, cos im scared all the alarms will go off and everyone is sleeping but im scared to have it off cos i dont know if its suck a good idea. Not because of a fire just cos im scared it might start a fire not being plugged in or something that may sound stupid but im so serious will it be okay until tomorrow?

Answer:

wear plastic gloves and keep all your skin covered and sand the board down in a cool dry place, because if you do it in a hot location, the fiberglass from the board will get into your skin and only way to get it out is a hot shower/ fast switch to cold water to wash it out of your pours in your skin or it will itch bad. No you can not put speed bumps on the road yourself as it is public property. However you can go to your city council or mayor and petition for the speed bumps. If they see the need for it they will agree to put them in. They may want you to pay for them or part of the cost at least. But you can not put anything like that on public property without the cities or county if you live in the county, property.
My smoke detector done it even with the battery disconnected. ( worked through the electric as well). Told the housing about it they advised i have it checked by the repair service.
