Depends on what's wrong with it, how old, etc. Most times you can clean them with a rag and some isopropyl alcohol, though that will tend to dry out the rubber over time if used always. The professionals like to use rubber roller restorer and cleaner that helps recondition the rubber back near new most of the time. Some electronics stores carry it and it can be found on-line. If the rollers are really old they may have become hard or glazed. If they're hard, they really need to be replaced. If glazed, you can take some fairly fine sandpaper to them first to take the glaze off. Best of luck.
You don't want a low to the ground car, because you have to watch out for certain high curbs and things like that.Id go with the Tc they are more dependable,also if you would decide you would want it lowered you can with TRD springs and have a toyota mechanic put them on without voiding the warranty
