as gas type heat is much dryer than electric or heat pump, I'd guess the humidity has affected your plants there is a lot of very dry air around them now and you must provide a way to increase the humidity a light spray , a tray of pebbles, a steaming kettle, open door from your shower, or a mechanical humidifier,,,,, not only will the plants be happier, but you will too fewer dry nose boogers in the morning, a warmer feel to the house. just be care ful that it's not TOO humid or you'll be growing moldy stuff, too!!.
