Food safety question! Butcher put raw steaks directly on scale for measure?

Tried a new local butcher today to buy two steaks. He cut the meat without wearing gloves then, after showing me the marble laid them *directly* on the scale for measure and pricing. He wrapped it without putting on gloves, ran by debit card without washing in between.Did he violate food safety laws? And is that meat safe to cook and eat? I'm in the US.

Answer:

any person accused of anything can fight it.
hi it sounds like a door lock actuator , this should fix this noise
That is absurd dude. That isn't how it works. If the ticket was for that instance then they would've just knocked on the window and given it to your wife who was sitting in the driver's seat.. This ticket you got is for another instance. Start being more careful of where you park. Whether or not someone is sitting in the driver's seat is 100% irrelevant. You still can't park in a fire lane, in front of a hydrant, in a handicapped spot, etc.
