my friend was recently fired from our job. his shift starts earlier than mine and as i was walking into the building i noticed he had a box with his personal stuff. i went into work and asked co-workers if they knew anything about it. all of a sudden i get pulled in and get my *** ripped. supposedly i shouldnt be talking about it cause the company can get sued!??!? blah blah blah. i knew nothing about what was going on. am i at fault?i tried to defend myself by saying im not rying to gossip and saying he is a friend and me and other coworkers like to know what happened so we can contact him to see if he needs anything. the manager wasnt trying to hear that LOL
The batteries don't usually last much longer than 1 year, which is why they recommend changing twice a year when you change the clocks, to always have full power. Any alkaline battery is good, Duracell, Rayovac, Energizer, Sunbeam, any premium battery. Never use dollar store batteries, you don't know how long they will last if they ever have to actually power the alarm.
What experience have you had, when, where and with who? References are a must? CPR or any other safety training? Do you smoke?/Drink?Take Drugs? Do you have any medical conditions EX: Asthma, epilepsy etc. Get someone by a referral, don't just pick someone out of the blue. Don't get someone too young either Do you drive? in the event of an emergency a car is important After you are comfortable you can discuss pay/hours etc. Be picky you don't get a second chance with your kids.
1) Get references 2) Trust your instincts 3) Look for changes in your child both physical and behavioral 4) Consider getting a nanny cam When it comes to your child it is better to err on the side of caution. There are plenty of competent babysitters, it's just a matter of picking the right one.
What age range are you looking for in a babysitter? This could affect your questions. 1) ask if she has a babysitting course and/or first aid and CPR 2) ask for references, very important! 3) ask her what she would do in certain scenarios, like if the baby was choking 4) ask if she is afraid of being in the house alone, because you do not accept her having friends over for example. 5) ask how much she charges
