Im wondering what the laws are about the front license plate in new york, i know it's required but i just got a new bumper and i dont want to poke holes in it, can i just ziptie it somewhere on the bumper or does it have to be in the center like in the OEM bumpers?

Ok so what you will need to do is disinfect every night with alcohol. The dark stuff would be dried blood and the yellow stuff may be just dead skin. It is normal for this to happen, but since it has been a long time down the road it may be that you have a sensitivity to certain types of metal. Sometimes your body will try to reject it, if it itches a lot and swollen that would be the case (and you shouldn't put them back in). If it's not itching or anything like that and it's just swollen and hurts to put it in, it might have just closed up on you. If you go a few days without your stud in, it happens. I recommend soaking your studs in alcohol to disinfect and pushing them through again. Leave them in, and everyday while you clean them, Pull the backs of the studs off clean around it and clean the backings and stick it back on while leaving the stud in. Doing this will help it heal faster.
