There are typically 3 things that cause a pronounced squeak or creak from suspension. Control arm bushings, sway bar bushings or ball joints. Impossible to say for sure without inspecting the vehicle, but it does need to be addressed as soon as possible. Also, most newer vehicles no longer have grease-able fittings so replacement is necessary.
