I have ACER aspire 5920 laptop , but I am not sure how can I use its card reader?

It works automatically because it is an integral part of the OS to read it, the card reader is a plug and play device. Once you insert a flash card/memory card into the slot it'll read as a separate drive such as drive E: etc. so you can read/write files in and out of them. ~oni-kun
