Help losing weight? easy 10 points?

Ok im a 15 year old guyIam 5'6 197 poundsI really want to lose weightThe only thing I have is a Elliptical trainerSo can some one tell me is my plan gonna work? Ill be working out 7 days a week and ill will be doing this while going to schoolAnd If you have better suggestions tell meNo pills or bogus diets without having me working out either.30 mins of Elliptical when i wake up afterschool which is the time iam at home and doing eliptical which is at 4:00 for 1 hour around 8 p.m crunches, sit ups, ect for about 1 hour and a half'on weekends ill be adding a hour of elliptical for 1 hour at noon with the rest aboveIs this too much? or should i do more? and also how can i eat 1200 calories? I went to diffrent websites to have a idea of what ill be eating and i always get less than 1200 about 700 and i dont want to go into starvation mode and workout for nothing and gain back the weightAnd dont tell me to go into sports because I want to lose weight to be in the football team (i consider myself too weak lmao)

I would think it depends on the hardness of the metalGold is very soft so it would be easy to grind upSomething like bronze or copper would be more difficultI would think to create metal powder it would be easiest to simply grind a bar of it down using the rough edge of something harder.
