I bought a CF Card Reader. I bu it in the USB port and I hear a ding that says it reads it. But nothing else happens. I can't pull up my pictures. Can anyone help me?I use a HP Pavillion Window Vista Laptop.
When you use your file manager (Windows Explorer, My Computer, ) you should see the memory card. It might appear as a driver letter (F: or something). Do you see it?
Flash memory does not have nor does it want any shifting areas. once you plug in a flash card, the pins connect and that's how the information is transferred. So, in short, no, no shifting areas :)
