Here are the events in the order they happened1I sold a used laptop to a buyer with a high rating2He complains about the item and says its damaged3Thinking he just wanted a return and was overstating the damage i accept the return, but I ask him to provide pics to confirm4He sends me the pics after sending me some random pic of a guy skiing5Laptop is completely destroyed, he tried to upgrade it and damaged the case beyond repair (aluminum unibody)6Contact eBay in a panic and they direct me to FedEx (shipped insured)Thing is, I think FedEx is a dead end because he states in a message to me that it was packaged well and accused me of damaging itThis whole thing is crazy and I feel like busting out in tearsI don't even have the money to pay him back (sold it to pay off my debt)Does anyone have any advice they can give (similar situation) I also threatened to take him to court, which was stupid i know, but i was hoping to get him to confess.
