depends on what you mean by regular. If you mean just internet and some music and word processor, then $400 for a usable one. If you want to play games then $800 for a bottom of the line one
Again yes it depends on brand, quality, used/new, where you are getting the laptop from. You could buy a laptop off of a hobo for $9, or get one at a store for $900. it all depends.
You can get a recycled lappy for $150.00. It is a good entry level unit.
