Hi, I'm 18, 5'3 and roughly 135lbsI'm looking to loose something like 20lbsI am trying to stick to a 1000 calorie diet, drinking only water, running about 1 mile a day, and doing 100 sit upsIs this a good strategy to loose the weight?
