I live in Pennsylvania, and I don't normally blanket my horsesMy older gelding will sometimes shiver, so he gets a blanket if temperatures are below 0 -ish FahrenheitIf it's really cold (say -15 or below) the horses might just stay insideIt depends on a number of other factors too, such as wind and precipitationMy Shire cross only ever wears a blanket if it's muddy and I want to keep her clean, never as a way for her to stay warmI've never seen her shiverFeeding lots of hay in cold winter months helps keep horses warm from the inside out, and helps them hold their weight tooSome horses may need blanketing, such as very old horses, or those raised in warmer climates that don't grow a winter coat of their own, but the need should be evaluated on an individual basis.

no its all wrong and in the wrong order U woke up then u closed ur eyes then u opened them how often do we stare down at ourselves how is it that u need to explain ur skin color and type , the fact that u saw ur skin means u were wearing a t shirt and shorts, how come u dont recognise ur own clothes?
