I would suggest looking in good will stores, thrift shops, etc. Although in my mind Hottopic was never really punk as it's owned by a large corporation and punk is often about a non-corporate spirit. You can also do a lot of DIY stuff, buy an old blazer rip it up and put it back together with safety pins, vintage leather jackets are good, as are old army jackets, anything PVC.
I would try , although you wouldn't be able to try them on they probably have a good selection and at a relatively cheap price.
