Question:

How can I fix my wire harness on my Suzuki?

I opened Pandora's box when I started t.shooting my Sidekick's elec. system! Fixed some other probs. but found sparks from driver's side main wire harness at the door. Took door apart and found the main wire harness was jammed between the glass and window track and that the rubber protector at it's entry point was off creating almost a sawing motion between 5 or 6 wires and the hole cut out in the side of the door. These wires have been stripped of insulation and are in terrible shape. Can I buy some matching wire and just splice in new sections where it was damaged or do I need to go to a junk yard and rip out a whole new assembly to put in? Also do I NEED to solder them each together or can I just twist, secure, and seperate them with electrical tape? It's a 98 suz. sidekick and the systems directly affected are the power window and door locks which are occasionally working and blowing fuses because of thiswhen it rains it pours! Thanks a lot everybody!

Answer:

all of us is acquainted with that IPL is a center of tournament fixing and corruption. So there could no longer be any wonder via cutting-edge spot fixing scandal and Sreesanth or 2 different cricketers are not any more remoted case. what is going to you say about a huge no ball via RP Singh or 3 catches dropped via Pollord in a row. Why, even in the day surpassed by's tournament between Rajasthan and Hyderabad, gamers of Rajasthan did not bypass for run out attraction in a sparkling run out. IPL is all about vulgar money. We target audience have our on a daily basis fix of cricket-leisure. no longer in hardship-free words there is spot fixing yet to boot matches are scripted and it really is pre determined which communities are going to play off round and which team is going to win the trophy.
I would just splice in new wire to repair the damage. they make connectors that you can crimp each end of wire into and heat shrink over it just stagger the splices to avoid a large lump.
