I really wanna follow like police cars or fire trucks or ambulances when their sirens are on. Is this a hobby of some people?How should I do so?Is there some kind of way i can listen on their radios?Any more info about it?
maybe your not the administator on the computer because the administrator can restict you from accessing the control panel.otherwise you have a nice virus on your hands. Best of Luck_
A restore would be a good idea. Copy your data to an external USB drive or whatever, then either run a restore CD or if you are using a windows CD, delete your partition during the install process and then re-create it to be sure that your hard drive is completely wiped clean. Once you are up and running, run windows update several times until no further critical updates show up, ensure you have anti-virus software and that it is up to date, use anti-spyware software and keep it up to date, and be careful when browsing to help avoid these problems. Perform regular scans of your hard drive using your anti-virus/spyware software.
