I my door locks top and bottom with the door knob replaced today, but when I try to lock/unlock with the key it turns really stiff. Any tricks to make it smoother?

Is that even a genuine sport, or just a natural result of riding during the winter? If it's the former, well, no comment. If it's the latter, people ride studded tires all the time during the winter. It's all about personal preference.
