I really want to get both of my splits and my scorpion. My back or shoulders aren't flexible at all. I have my right split (if I stretch before I do it) but I don't have my left. I really just want to be one of those dancers that have amazing flexibility. Is there any stretches you recommend ? Help

This is so funny, every time I sleep naked, I am so paranoid that if there was a fire I would have to run out naked so I always make sure my robe is right next to the bed on the floor so in the event of a fire I could grab it and put it on or at least cover myself some what.
