how can i lose weight in 1 week?

i am skinny but my stomach are so flabbyi do exercise everyday and i do eat healthy foods like fruits and i drink lots of water and i have next to do lots of exercise to get rid of my flabso what can i do to lose my flab in just one week?

i always tot that shiny side faces the food cos shiny reflect so theoretically the shiny side wld reflect all the heat towards your food making it cook fasteris that logical or true? hee.

I think the non shiny side faces the food, thats how my mother did itBut its not safe to cook with this stuff.

well the best way to lose wight is to watch what you like try to eat vegitables and light meat like deer because its natual or fish or to get that protine you need you could try tempay if thats how its spelled its very good and you could find it near the yogurt and there are many ways to eat it you also need to exersize i sujest going on a quik run every night and doing sit ups and if its to cool you could go to your local gym or a friends house and run the tread mill for a little bit with breaks to let muscel devolpe and drink plenty of water well exersicising (spelt wrong) hope that helps and good luck )
