How can I make my hair thinner without straightening or blow drying every day?

I have very coarse and thick hairI'm also a good swimmer, my hair is very damaged and dry from the chlorineAny suggestions? Thanks

Aluminum is plain wrong! dutch ovens are suppose to be cast iron.but if you insist on poisoning your self go for it!

Okay i have the same hair this is what i dostraighten my hair on a monday lets say , spray it with Rusk Thermal str8 spray beforeIt's a protective flat iron spray then after im done spray it with Rusk Thermal Str8 ceramic finishing toolsAnd thats a protective shine spray I swear to god it leaves my hair shiny and silky , just running the flat iron over it quick and a few sprays and my hair feels newAnd if you have a shower every other day or something you won't be doing it every day! And when you have showers , Put on a cap so you can wash your body not your hair thick coarse hair only needs to be washed twice a week .

alluminum always burns! cast iron may be heavy but from the quality of food you get from it, it is definatly worth it.
