i need to melt cheese over my finished and fried fries (also applied for nachos) but without melting the cheese with the potatoes in the microwave so they're not over heateddo i melt the cheese in a glass plate alone? would it stick to the plate? any answer would be great thanks! p.si don't want a recipe to a sauce just the simple way of melting shredded cheese
i would go with home depot.i had my old house done with the foam insulation and it did not make tat much of a difference to me that i seen.i would go with the board insulation.
Put the fries on a baking sheet, put on the shredded cheese, and put them in the oven, turn on the broiler, and just keep checking themBtw I line my baking sheet with aluminum foil before you put the fries on it:)
