ok so i have some adidas fleece jog bottoms they are 80% cotton 20% polyester but i washed them and had to go out and buy a new pair because they shrunk and no longer fitted me :( i dont want to give up on them but i want to be able to wash this new pair without them shrinking. how can i do this? like i said they are not 100% cotton they have 20% polyester in them which i thought would stop them shrinking but obviously not. anyone know how i can wash these without them shrinking? please help thanks
Wash them Normaly But do not use a Dryer let them air dry. this way the Heat dosent shrink them.
Wash in cold water and hang to dry. Toss in dryer for 10 minutes after drying on low or air fluff to soften.
