how did be franklin discover the hole lightning electronic rod thing?
dunno -use them if you want.
Does it make your skin dry out?
I sure hope not, cause every winter i like to turn the heat down, and get under one with nothing but panties on. AHHHH that's some good sleep.
in the context of electrical power generation, transmission, distribution etc, extra low voltage is usually defined as anything up to 50 volts. but it varies from place to place. above 50 up to 1000 volts is usually considered low voltage, and above 1000 high voltage.
Electric blankets do dry out your skin a lot in winter, but the heat keeps bugs winter mildew away There is not enough evidence to support possible damage/cancer from the electromagnetic field of an electric blanket. No more exposure than you would come into to contact with day to day using other electric appliances. Just keep them in good condition and always follow the manufacturers instructions. The only risk would be fire from an electrical fault.
