How do I access the other operating system on my computer?

My computer was stuck in reboot everytime I turned it on so I installed xp again. When I ran the install I didn't delete the other install that was stuck in reboot. It runs fine now but I'm trying to access my pictures from when it use to run fine. My login now is desktop at the home screen but when I go into my computer it lists my other login name from the previous install. So does that mean my old files are still on the computer? It says access is denied when I try to open it. It said something about two installs being on the same partition? I'm just trying to figure out how I can get my pics from the previous XP install so I can delete the old one and use the new xp I just installed. I hope you understand what I'm saying. I tried explaining my problem the best I could. Thanks to anyone who has any help!! :)

Yes you can. You will need hose, a nozzle and a water source. Depending on your water source you may need a hydrant wrench or some kind of pump. The negatives to your plan are that you could be injured or if you use a hydrant you need to make sure the FD still has the ability to use that hydrant on their arrival. Also some water companies get upset if civilians use their hydrants in a non-emergency so practicing with them is out for you.

Stop. Please, just stop. Not only is your plot terrible, and your character is 100% predictable, your writing is terrible. It sounds like your stupid one-sided protagonist is writing in her diary. And also, other than the fact that there is a pond, or some sort of body of water, I don't know the setting. Lesson you should do (even though I doubt you will be able to do this incredibly simple task judging by your obvious lack of any talent): Write a whole page on what is surrounding you at this moment, and go into detail. Don't just say: The labtop is white. The floor is tan. The ceiling is low. Say something about the smells that surround you, how it would feel like if you touch the things around you, how it would taste, etc.
