How do I get a 2 part epoxy resin coating to harden?

I mixed it as I usually do but for some reason this batch is still tacky after 2 weeks.

What I would do is gather ALLLLLL of the pieces together first. Then sort them by category. Whisks, spoons, ladles, etc. Then look for broken or hard to use or hard to clean items. Trash! Then pull your tried and true ONE or TWO favs of each thing and set that group aside. What's left? If it is still serviceable and you DO want to keep it, you can box duplicates up with a label and when one of your favs wears out, you shop from your box before you replace it with new. If you have plenty of backups and none are special to you, donate some. This box can be tucked away in a tall cupboard or in the back of the pantryhard enough to reach that you don't cheat the system and plunder the box if everything out is dirtybut after all, this is still easier than going to a store, and it's free. You may have a couple of things that you can repurpose for toybox, arts and crafts, cleaning tools, etc. Store them where those things are used. Your tried and true's should all fit in 1-2 drawers, sorted in a way that makes sense to you, in a place that makes sense to you. I would use drawer organizers so everything has a very certain place. When everything has a definite home, it is more likely to get back there. Going down to bare bones of your current inventory means that you are forced to clean up immediately so they are ready next time you need themand keeps clutter and mess down to a minimum.
