I m at work with nothing to do, so I want to straighten my hair. I ve done a little in the back then I thought about the smoke alarms. Can straightening my hair set off the smoke alarms? There s no smoke coming off my hair as I straighten but it does have like the burnt hair smell in the room. Theres a red fire alarm like 5 feet from me.
