Chair came from the Blackrock Hotel in Cohasset, ma after it was demolished 40+ yrs ago. They are no signatures or dates on it.

Hotel chairs are usually mass produced, so there will be thousands of them, unless they were custom to that hotel, then there were only a few. Further research will give you some sort of an answer. Or, find a high end antique store and ask their opinion as to the uniqueness of the chair.
