95 honda accord that at one time had an aftermarket alarm installed into it. the alarm was an entry level viper installed around 2000-2001. The keypad has been gone for a couple of years but somehow the alarm has been set. now it goes off any time i shut the door to the car to get in. i can still start and drive the car with the alarm going off but the lights flash and the siren sounds. how do i make it stop?
well under your steering wheel there is your knee panal where all the alarm wire should be hidden so look underneath and try to find a black box with wires coming out. once you find it just unplug and than that should do it. when taking out the brain for the alarm make sure is says viper on the brain
Contact a local shop that installs alarm systems. They can help you undo it. WOWsorry I took time to try and help. Forget I said anything and I hope you get a ticket for being stupid and driving a car while the alarm goes off.
