I have a shelter outside for stray cats. How can I make a heating pad that will last a few hours at a time (at least). I can't afford to buy a electric heat pad for him. Thanks
It depends on what you want. You just want him firedfile a complaint with the department he works for. You want a little bit of moneyfile a civil suit for small claims with the local clerks office. You want alot of moneyyou will have to hire an attorney and he/she will file the suit. Make sure it's a valid complaint though and not just one where you got a ticket or something and you are just mad at cops.
If this is CPVC the only thing you can do is to cut the pipe right on the spot where the hole is, then glue a coupling onto each end of the pipe and put them together. There's no effective hole repair on plastic pipe.
