I have tried but when I plug in the card reader in I cant find it when i open my computer? i don't know where else to look?
first of all. try to insert your memory card to your card reader. then insert it to your USB port. if it is not, then try it to the other computer as well whether its your card reader has the problem.
Usually Windows will automatically bring up any new cards that you plug in. Does the card reader look like it works when you put the new card in? It should also be showing up in my computerThe only other suggestion I have is going into Control Panel and try scanning for new hardware. Hope this helps
Your card reader should come up as an external hard drive. It might come up as the letter J, K or higher depending on what else you have on your computer. Once you see the card reader drive and you insert the card into it, you simply copy files to and from it as you would in the Windows file explorer when you copy files from one directory to another or to another drive.
