I got my account suspended after 2 violations.
No one knows exactly what it takes to get suspended. Yahoo won't tell us. They don't want people to tiptoe up to the line. In general, posting spam links will get you suspended. Swear words might get you suspended. All the other violations can get you suspended but they might take more of them to get you in trouble. Yahoo seems to be more forgiving about chat violations where users talk about their opinions or how do i look in this photo. Some users have been suspended after 1 violation. Click on FORUM at the left side of the Answers Home Page ( under Related Links). There is a link to appeal in the upper right of the Forum. And you can ask the community to help you get your account re-instated. THey always help.
