how many carbs does your body burn off daily?

im on a high carb, low fat diet with intense exercising1 hour of weight training first then 20-30 minutes of interval trainingbut i would like to know if your metabolism burns off carbs when your not exercising and how long does it take for your body to convert complex carbs into stored fat.

You could, but it's not the same, aluminum foil conducts heat more so your bottom of your cookies will be more done than the rest of your cookies! You can buy the wax-less or parchment paper by the roll- your cookies will be evenly done and crisp!

Protein is what's going to help you with your trainingYou're also going to be more likely to store fat on a high carb diet, rather than a high protein diet.
