Also, how often is the water changed inside there, doesn't it get kinda moldy after awhile?
When someone is on fire someone who is witness (or the victim too I suppose) will throw coat/jacket, blanket, tarp, or something big on victim. I've also heard of people getting dirt thrown on them probably by someone who knws that dirt will put out campfire. I've also heard of people deperate enough who have used their hands to put out fire.
Heat rises, so smoke is pushed up. That's why you put smoke detectors on the ceiling and not on the floor or something. It may never be at the bottom, depends where the fire is. if the fire starts at the top then smoke doesn't go down so never would be at the bottom, unless pushed down by fan or something like that.
