I would assume there are many variables, such as the different types of materials being cut, thickness, hardness, etc. But for something such as a common Master lock, what would it take to cut the bolt? I know there are bolt cutters out there with up to 4000 pounds of cutting force, but is that enough?
I would have to know what cam. Try going to the site of the manufacturer of Your cam and posing your question there. Be sure to give make and model of your cam in your message. To me, from the little info I see, I think when you rebooted this cam it was still on.off mode. But that is a hip shot.you really didn't give us much info. Boot your cam and look for menu.
