I just take two brownies and plop a scoop of ice cream and smash it good and eat itbut I guess if you want them to all be uniformjust line a huge 13x9 pan with foil or wax paper, lightly greeze itthen place one layer of brownies in bottom, and spoon and spread lightly softened ice cream overthen place remaining brownies on top.freeze till firmremove from tray pulling up the overlapping foiland use a huge knife, cut through and enjoy.
