You have to take prenatal vitamins. Those contain iron. If your iron level becomes low later on, the doctor will have you take an extra supplement. It's best to NOT take extra unless you do need it.
I would talk to your doctor and let him/her decide. I take iron pills because the prenatal made me puke (and I'm not pregnant yet I'm 7 months of ttc) I also take folic acid. I hear that the kid gummy bear vitamins have almost the same as the prenatal Good luck and blessings!!!

Well, I don't know where Stan does business with , but my local, privately owned tire store will take the bad tire off and fix it for 5 bucks. If your tire is beyond repair, the cost would depend upon the tires already on your car. Prices vary a lot !
