how should i use this color eye-shadow pallet?

i got an eyeshadow pallet that has a pastel sparkly green,sparkly peach,a sparkly pastel blue, and a solid chocolate brown. its super pretty, and i was wondering how i should use the colors to make them work together.

I used to work in a sawmill that made wood pallets. I had a similar complaint with my arms. I found I was allergic to the chemicals in the wood treatment. I had some improvement by soaking my arms in warm soapy water for ten minutes each night and then drying them thoroughly. I hope you don't have a similar problem to mine.
Are you overweight? Do you wear a pajama shirt (or other shirt) that is too small, or that binds at points and stops the flow of blood? Try using just a soft tee shirt or undershirt (whatever it is, if it has sleeves, pull any bunched material smooth before trying to sleep). Try no shirt. Try sleeping on your side with your arm for a pillow, whether you use a pillow in addition or not. Try different positions and clothing arrangements. Try sleeping on your back with your hands up by your ears (the tops of your forearms resting on the mattress), unless you think snoring is going to keep you awake or get you divorced.
It absolutely sounds like a pinched nerve to me. You probably will have to see a doc to get some muscle relaxers if you work that much, because you won't have time to be still and let it relax on its own. You can try to alternate heat and ice, 20 min each every couple of hours and try to lay down straight and get all of the weight away from your neck. Put an pillow under it. Hope this helps.

Not treating the cause of the compression can result in permanent damage with pain, numbness and even weakness in the affected extremities. Please go to the doctor and get this checked out to be sure you're not causing some irreversible damage to yourself.
Yes, there are meds you CAN take to stop the pain temporarily and braces you CAN wear to help support the muscles and joints but that'll only make things worse in the long run. You are overworking your arms obviously. Twelve hours is FAR too long a work day, especially for that kind of intense labour. It sounds as though you may end up with some serious nerve damage if you keep it up much longer. You have choices. While you may need the job, you also need the function of your arms to remain employed. If you end up damaging your arms to the point where you cannot work any longer, then you're in really big trouble. No job is worth it. Talk to your doctor (and I really hope you have a good one). It could be carpal tunnel or any number of syndromes that stem from over using your hands and arms. The fact that your arms are falling asleep and tingling to the point of actual pain is not a good sign. That's why we have pain receptors. They signal us to issues that need to be addressed. Not ignored or masked because that only increases the risk of serious injury. Whoever you work for also needs to be made aware of the situation. Again, 12-hour-days is insane.
