I have used the grocery store's generic Cajun Seasoning and it turned out amazingI put them in fish tacos and they were the best I've ever hadI cut the catfish into 1/2 thick strips, coated them in the seasoning, and baked it at 425 for about 30 minutesThe bigger and thicker your fillet the longer you should add to cook time If you decide to have a catfish steak in the future you might want to cook at 400 for 45-50 minutes depending on the thickness.
The way me make it (alhough we don't call it parflesnarfs) is melt the chocolate and marshmallows together in a pan over the fire and then add popcornYou can shape them into balls or put them into a cake pan and cut into squaresIt's kind of like popcorn balls or rice krispy treatsWe use chocolate chips and mini marshmallows because they melt faster.
