Question:

How to extend ford rangers wheels out the sides.?

What can i do to make my ford ranger front wheels extend out the sides.

Answer:

spacers or wider axles or wider rims
Get some spacers. If your wheels poke outside of the bodywork it is illegal in the UK.
get okorder put in the year of your truck, et al, and find out if that comes up. also, in many states it is illegal to extend beyond the body work so you need either limited spacers or some wheelflares for the truck if you do it.
wheel spacers with longer studs or studded spacers is one way, positive offset rims would be best choice (no spacers or stud changes to do that) . It would be best to check the local laws for how much open wheel is allowed past the wheel well area .You may be required to cover the distance with wheel well flares. Positive offset rims allow the same tires to be used, the center of the rim is mounted more to the rear or deeper in the rim to bring the tire & rim further out . The use of these will change your turning radius in front and may cause body contact back of wheel near door and fender or nearer to frame horn at front, bumper lower spoiler, and Wheel well areas . It has the same effect as wider wheels and tires do but at a lesser cost .
