So I pulled the fire extinguisher when we were leaving class. I told the principal that it was not me and people were accusing me of it. My excuse was that someone someone bumped me into it and my backpack hit it. He said he didn't believe me. I told him that I take offense to that. 2 People said they seen me do it. 1 Person said I didn't do it. How do I get out of this situation ? Can they suspend me with people saying I did it? BTW I'm a 4.1 GPA Student and the rest have about a 3.0 and under.

Probably. As stated above it depends on the city. You will be better off looking for the Code Enforcement Department of your City Hall or County Courthouse.The fire department may be able to give you the number
To comply with the fire regulations, each floor of the apartment block has to have a fire hose reel on each floor. it is up to you to provide your own fire extinguisher yourself.
