Grain Products: whole grain breads, buns, bagels, muffins Bran Flakes, All Bran, bran Buds, Corn bran, whole wheat Shreddies, 100% Bran and Fiber 1 Cooked cereal such as Red River and Oat Bran whole-wheat pastas whole grains such as barley, popcorn, corn and brown rice Fruits: dried fruits such as apricots, dates, prunes and raisins berries such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries oranges, apple with skin, avocado, kiwi, mango and pear Vegetables: broccoli, spinach, swiss chard, green peas and other dark green leafy vegetables dried peas and beans such as kidney beans, lima beans, black-eyed beans, chick peas and lentils Nuts and Seeds: nuts and seeds such as almonds, whole flaxseed and soynuts

wow thats quite a broad area but heres a few beans are very high in fiber umm bran is very high(its a grain) beleive it or not green peas are very high in fiber corn is very high in fiber, especially fresh off the cob all berries are very high, especially rasberries and blueberries(blueberries are also very good for you in many other ways probably one of the top 5 healthiest foods in the world) potatoes are very high in fiber(the trick is eat the skin) hmm oh try eating figs or fig newtons also very high in fiber ummm, brocolli oats and apples
